The world's largest store has demonstrated that it can also be one of the most nimble. But the challenges of interactive commerce are about to present Walmart with its greatest challenge.
At the Association of National Advertiser's annual "Masters of Marketing" gathering, Stephen F. Quinn, evp/cmo/Walmart U.S., revealed that the retailer is about to rebuild its operational model, moving beyond the store into a digital space that will "create great customer experiences… that will delight [our] customers."
